A FULL AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

At Champion Scrolling ADZ we offer a full in-house service including the design and printing. In order to achieve an effective ad we believe every design should consist of:

Clear and direct messaging
Professional layout and design
Strong, high quality, visual imagery
Consistant logo and brand usage
Emphasis on point of contact

We also welcome any artwork from a third party design or advertising company although we do exercise a few basic guides to maintain a high standard of design and print quality output:

ARTWORK GUIDELINES:

Timeline: approximately 3-4 working days (depending on clients requirements and response time to proofs). Total lead time (including printing) of 6 days at a minimum.

Please keep in mind that outdoor advertising is different from print ads. If you opt for our scrolling advertising system your message must be clear and concise so that the impact is immediate.

Keep in mind that effective billboard advertising uses creativity with large graphics and lettering to present your message as clearly as possible. Keep it simple and short.

PRINTING REQUIREMENTS

Image Format: All images provided must be of highest quality and largest format available, TIFF, JPEG, EPS or PDF format are acceptable.

Minimum Resolution of 300 DPI.

Colour Format: Preferably CYMK format. RGB images are acceptable but will be converted to CMYK.

Acceptable Formats:
Print Quality PDF (with all fonts embedded)
High resolution TIFF/PSD (with outlined fonts)/JPEG
Vector files should be supplied in .eps format with tyope converted to outlines

NOT Acceptable:
Facsimiles
Newspaper or magazine articles
Images imbedded in a word
Processor document
Trademarked, copy written images or text

If a third party is designing your artwork it must be submitted to us at a minimum of 1/4 of final size and supplied with minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Print quality PDF is the preferred format in this case, with crop marks and 3mm bleed outside page area. A soft copy (pdf) will be required in the absence of a hard copy proof.
